Sony Announces Wena 3 Smartwatch

Sony unveiled the "wena 3" smartwatch for release in November. The wena 3 is  equipped with an OLED display, sensors and communication functions on the buckle part of the wristwatch. The wena series is a "hybrid product" that can be used as a smart watch in combination with a mechanical or other favorite watch body (head), was first created in 2015. It is compatible with Suica, a Japanese public transportation IC card system, for cashless payment. It also supports Alexa’s voice recognition. It has activity measure activity logs using an acceleration sensor and heart rate sensor. The lug width of the wristwatch head can be attached (the width of the part where the head and band are attached) and can be increased in three increments from 18 to 24 mm in 1 mm increments. "The watch volume is 30% smaller and the thickness is 2.5 mm thinner" than the previous "wena wrist active. Depending on the wristband materials, the MSRP ranges between $230~$330.
