Solas Infringement Win vs. Samsung, Overturned by USPTO
The US Patent Office has overturned a decision, previously in favor of Solas IP over a patent on flexible touch displays vs. Samsung. The Patent office ruled that the patent was not itself valid as it was deemed 'obvious'. The patent number was 9,256,311. As we went to press, Solas announced that it has issued another infringement action against Samsung.
