OPPO 2nd Place Q221 Smartphone Finish Driven by Multi-brand Strategy
OPPO and its subsidiaries (the OPPO, OnePlus and realme brands) captured second spot in the global smartphone market during May 2021 with a 16% share of unit sales, followed by Apple at 15%, according to Counterpoint Research’s May Monthly Market Pulse Report. Xiaomi was fourth with 14% share.

The OPPO family seems to be the next dominant brand to come from China replacing the previous leader, the beleaguered Huawei.
