OLED Material Revenue Forecasted at $1.75B in 2021 and Reach $2.2B in 2025
UBI forecasts the OLED materials market to expand by 29.1% Y/Y, and grow annually by 2.7%, 9.1%, 7.9%, and 6.8% through 2025. UBI says that RGB OLED emitters make up 78% of total OLED emission material purchases in 2025, down from 81.4% in 2021 while WRGB OLED emission materials, those used in OLED TVs, will increase from 18.3% currently, to 20.4% in 2025. By way of context, UDC, which supplies all the red and green material in RGB and WRGB had $461M in revenue in 2020.
