LG Patents Their Rollable Display w/Additional Rear Facing Display
MySmartPrice claims to have dug up a new variation on the Rollable, submitted to CNIPA as an LG patent. Its schematics allegedly depict a rolling-display phone with a secondary, rear-facing display. This, according to the images, is present so that the user can do things such as take selfies or perhaps vlog using the device's main multi-camera array. That idea has been applied to conventional phones like the Nubia Z20 in the past, but at least is targeted toward flexible displays unmarred by visible cameras of any kind.
