INT Release OLED Micro Display with 2,000 nits
July 19, 2020
Taiwan-based AMOLED micro display developer, Innovative and Transformation (INT) developed an ultra-low power native RGB near-eye display module for XR devices. The display module, built with INT's in-house developed uNEED (ultra-high pixel density in near-eye display) technology can increase contrast ratio by 10 times as compared to traditional OLED micro displays, and reach 96% NTSC color saturation with a brightness of up to 2,000 nits. INT's new display module also comes with high emitting efficiency and ultra-low power consumption, reducing more than 50% of power consumption as compared currently available micro displays
INT has signed an investment agreement with an economic industry zone as well as a venture investment group in China's Taizhou , Zhejiang province to manufacture and sell related display modules. The Agreement is for capital input of CNY1 billion (US$141.52 million).
