DSCC Confirms Report on iPhone 14 Specs

Ross Young, CEO of DSCC tweeted his forecast of the iPhone 14 specs.  Display sizes and resolutions are expected to remain the same and the Pro’s will use LTPO.   In 2021, Samsung is the only supplier of LTPO panels for smartphones, but LGD expects to be in production before the release of the iPhone 14. The notch will be smaller but still extant.

There's a central 17.7-inch panel plus two 12.3-inch panels. The 56-inch glass also includes holes for the air-vents which are integrated into the display. The MBUX Hyperscreen was first used in the higher-end EQS electric car. The 'lower-end' 12.8-inch AMOLED screen, shown below, is used in the 2021 S-class cars.

Mercedes is using LG Display's OLEDs, in both screen options, as the two companies have been working together since around 2016.
