Doosan Spinning Out OLED Materials Segment to Increase Focus

Doosan Corp. will spin-off two of its companies and list them on the Korean stock exchange.  Doosan Electro-Materials is a supplier of copper clad laminates, the basis for PCB boards, and a variety of OLED materials, particularly RGB host materials and a number of other stack layers to a broad list of customers such as Samsung Electro-Mechanical, LG Innotek, and Interflex.  The spin-off of the materials business, named Doosan Solus will be listed in Korea as of October 1.  Doosan will also spin-off its fuel cell business, which is primarily power generation systems, under the name of Doosan Fuel Cell and will also be listed separately on the local exchange.
