Cynora Delivers 1st TADF Green for Customer Qualification
CYNORA announced that cyUltimateGreen™, a TADF-based Deep Green emitter for OLED displays is now available for customer qualification.
The product delivers an EQE of more than 20% , 150cd/A in top emission devices and lifetime of 400h LT95@15mA/cm2 with a color point and spectra that match today’s DCI-P3 standard. In addition, the product shows compatibility with BT2020. Based on our survey of OLED panel makers the current spec for mass production in 100% DCI-P3, efficiency of 180 cd/A and lifetime of 700 hours to T97 beginning at 1200 cd/m2.
