Construction Begins on BOE’s Third Flexible Gen 6 OLED Fab

BOE’s first Gen 6 flexible OLED fab was completed last year and a second Gen 6 flexible OLED fab is under construction in Mianyang, while construction has started on their 3rd Gen 6 flexible OLED fab in Chongqing.  The $6.88b fab will have a final raw capacity of 48,000 sheets/month, built out in two phases, with the 1st phase completed in July 2021.  BOE will have a 12-15% share of worldwide small panel flexible OLED capacity by 2022, and a 14-16% share of worldwide Gen 6 small panel flexible OLED capacity.
