APS Reports Q220 Revenue of $13.5m and OP of $7.2m
Advanced Process System’s (APS) Q220 revenues and operating income are $105.3M and $7.2M, respectively. In Q2’20, received than 4 ELA tools from CSoT (T4) and Visionox (V3) fabs. They plan to ship LLO equipment for BOE B12, Visionox V2 Ph-2 and Tianma Xiamen fab in Q3’20.
