​Samsung’s Foldable Smartphone Announced in February Available in Late 2019

Samsung Mobile will mass-produce foldable smartphones this year as Samsung Electronics recently switched from the development phase of foldable smartphones to the mass-production phase. Samsung Electronics established a detailed schedule for production of foldable Smartphones and will complete the OLED foldable display development by March and manufacture the displays in September. It is planning to produce final products in November. Samsung Electronics could release the foldable Smartphones in December or possibly early next year. There is also detailed information regarding its foldable Smartphones. Samsung Electronics’ foldable Smartphones will have 7.3-inch flexible OLED displays that are folded inwardly. Samsung Display will manufacture foldable displays. It is currently working on them so that foldable Smartphones do not leave any trace when they are folded and that foldable displays work very smoothly. Although there is a detailed schedule for mass-production, Samsung Electronics is still being very discreet about it.
