Vizio Lowers Price Floor for OLED TVs -- $1,200 for 55” and $1,900 for 65”

Vizio released their first OLED TV in the US, at least for now exclusively at Best Buy. Pricing for the two variants (55” and 65”) are the lowest available among the now three US OLED TV brands, including LG Electronics and Sony. While features differ for each brand and model category, Vizio has always been known as a source of low-cost but high quality TVs, although it will take some time to see how Vizio’s slant on OLED compares to the others. The 65” list price is actually $2,000, the same as LG’s B Series 65” OLED TV, but it is initially being offered at a $1000 discount.
