Meizu PRO 7 to Contain a 5.62” FHD OLED Display
March 21, 2017

Meizu has in the past targeted the low to medium end of the market but the Meizu PRO 7 is expected to land in April, and will pack in a ton of power, maybe even too much power, as the specs seem a bit unrealistic. According to sources, the Snapdragon 835 64-bit octa-core processor will drive the Meizu PRO 7, which is Qualcomm’s most powerful chip to date. In addition to that, the source claims that the device will ship with 8GB of RAM. The phone will pack a 5.62-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) Super AMOLED display from Samsung. A 21-megapixel camera will be available on the back of the device and an 8-megapixel camera will be included on the device’s front side. Meizu’s mCharge 4.0 fast charging technology will also be a part of this package allowing the phone to be charged in less than 40 minutes. On top of all that, this phone is rumored to sport some titanium in its build. If Meizu intends to stick to their release cycle, the Meizu PRO 7 will launch in April, as the Meizu PRO 6 landed back in April 2016.
