China Q320 Smartphone Shipments Down 15% Y/Y as ROW Breaks Even
 
China was a laggard in Q320 smartphone shipments, down 15% Y/Y as the rest of the industry was down only 3.1% Y/Y. While the industry was up 21.8% sequentially, China was down 8.5%.

Not surprisingly, Huawei was down 17.6% Y/Y in China not quite as bad as their global performance. But vivo, OPPO and Realme also struggled in China, where the big winner was Xiaomi, up 19.3% Y/Y and 12.9% sequentially.
